Cardio and Machine Weight Room

The cardio and machine weight rooms are located in the Fortin Education Center. These two rooms were updated in 2019 with a multitude of cardio machines, and different circuit training machines. These rooms are used frequently by our strength staff in conjunction with our training staff for rehabbing and for increased conditioning.
