Adams attended Lewis-Clark State College, where she had a decorated career as an athlete. Her accomplishments included being a four time All-American, five time Cross Country All-Conference, three time USTFCCA All-Academic Team, two time CoSIDA Academic All-District, two time Daktronics NAIA Scholar Athlete, six time Frontier Conference Runner of the Week, and two time Cascade Conference Runner of the Week. Adams graduated with her Bachelors degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science & Health Occupations with Minors in Coaching and Business Administration.
Adams begins her coaching career with Rocky in August 2022. Adams is from Waitsburg, Washington, and her Husband Jonny is an ultramarathoner.
