2023-24 Season
Indoors (Sophomore): Competed in three meets, running the mile and 3,000 meters twice and the 5,000 meters once...Ran two personal bests at the Riverfront Invitational in the mile (4:36.38) and the 5,000-meters (15:35.26)...Ran a personal best 8:59.54 in the 3,000-meters at the Big Sky Tuner.
Cross Country (Sophomore): Competed in seven meets...Ran a personal best 25:54.4 at the NAIA Great Lakes Challenge...Placed 12th in the Frontier Conference Championship...Finished 133rd at the NAIA XC National Championships...Ran all seven of his races under 27 minutes in his sophomore season after only doing so once during his freshman season.
2022-23 Season
Outdoors (Freshman): Competed in five meets, running in the 1,500-meter, 5,000-meter, 10,000-meter, and the 4x800 relay...Ran a personal best of 4:12.99 in the 1,500 meters at the Tom Gage Classic...Placed seventh at the Frontier Conference Championship in the 5,000-meters, finishing in 15:50.6...Ran second leg on the 4x800 relay that finished third at the Frontier Conference Championships.
Named 2022-23 Track and Field All-Conference (3rd place in the 4x800 Relay)
Indoors (Freshman): Competed in five meets, running in the mile, 3,000-meter, 5,000-meter, and 4x400-meter relay...Ran a season-best 9:15.49 in the 3,000 meters at the Big Sky Tuner and a season-best 4:44.84 in the mile at the Bobcat Challenge.
Cross Country (Freshman): Competed in six meets, running a season-best 26:42.1 at the Montana Open...Finished 28th overall at the Frontier Conference Championship, scoring for the Battlin' Bears as a true freshman.
