Duffey, a 2022 graduate of Rocky Mountain College, joins the Cross Country/ Track and Field coaching staff in January 2023 after a successful running career as a Battlin' Bear. Duffey was a four-time All-Conference runner and a four-time national qualifier in Cross Country, as well as a two-time national qualifier in track and field.Â
After graduation, Duffey served as an assistant cross country coach at Billings Senior High School for the 2022 fall season, before being hired at Rocky Mountain College in the winter of 2023. During his first season as an assistant, Duffey worked with the distance runners and helped coach two All-Americans in both the indoor and outdoor season (Sydney Little Light and Jackson Wilson).
Duffey graduated from Rocky Mountain College with a degree in Health and Human Performance with a minor in Coaching and Business.
