2022-23 Season
Cross Country (Freshman): Competed in six meets, running a personal best 5K (19:58.6) at the NAIA Cross Country Championship in Tallahassee, Florida, where the Battlin' Bears finished 25th overall.  Helped the Battlin' Bears to a second place finish at the Frontier Conference Championship.
Indoor (Freshman): Competed in seven meets, competing in the 400 meters (1x), 800 meters (1x), the mile (2x), the 3000 meters (3x), and the Distance Medley Relay (2x), qualifying for the NAIA Indoor National Championship in the DMR, where the Battlin' Bears finished 17th in the preliminaries.Â
Outdoor (Freshman):Â Competed in eight meets, competing in the 400 meters (1x), 800 meters (6x), the 1500 meters (2x), and the 3000 meter steeplechase (2x), while also being a member of the 4x400 meter relay (3x) and the 4x800 meter relay (2x).Â
Earned 2x All-Frontier Conference honors in the 4x400 meter relay (3rd) and the 4x800 meter relay (2nd).Â

Background:Â Attended Helena HS in Helena, Montana, where she left with the fifth fastest 5K time in school history.Â
