O'Neil began her coaching career at Rocky in August 2021, after finishing her career as a student-athlete on the golf team at Rocky Mountain College. As a student athlete at Rocky, O'Neil was a one time First Team All-Conference, three time Second Team All-Conference, four time Academic All Conference, the 2018 Montana Women's State Am Champion, and a member of three Team Conference Championships. O'Neil graduated with her Bachelors in Business Administration- Management and a Bachelors in Psychology in 2020.Â
O'Neil's first season coaching in 2021, the Rocky men and women's golf teams swept the Frontier Conference Championships.
O'Neil is currently pursing a Masters of Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling.Â
