Coach Nathan Bailey is an alum of Rocky Mountain College. He graduated in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Mathematics.
Coach Bailey played golf for the Battlin' Bears. He was the Frontier Conference Player of the Year three times (2001, 2003, 2004); was an All-American twice (2003, 2004); was First Team All-Conference four times (2001-2004); was named the Frank Matthew Award winner for Outstanding Underclassmen Male Athlete (2001-02); and was named the Herb Klindt Award winner for Outstanding Senior Male Athlete (2003-04).
Coach Bailey was inducted into the Clara Klindt Athletic Hall of Fame at Rocky Mountain College. He has also been inducted into the Montana State Golf Hall of Fame.
Since leaving Rocky after graduation, Coach Bailey has gone on to win three Montana State Amateur Championships (2010, 2011, 2012) and one Montana State Mid-Am Championship (2020).
Coach Bailey has won three Frontier Conference Regular Season Championships (Men- 2021-22, Women- 2020-21, 2021-22) and three Frontier Conference Championship Tournaments (Men- 2021, 2022, Women- 2022). He has been named the Frontier Conference Coach of the Year twice (Men- 2021-22, Women- 2020-21).
Coach Nathan Bailey is married to Callie Bailey, and they have four kids (Sage, Cash, Jocelyn, Benjamin).
