The Battlin' Bears defense shined against the Orediggers. Ayla Embry added 30 digs to her already impressive yearly total. Rocky had 29 total blocks, led by Weiying Wu with two solo and seven assisted. Montana Tech outhit the Battlin' Bears with 60 kills to Rocky's 50 kills, however Rocky eked out a better hitting percentage by .001. Rocky won the match in five sets.
 
Rocky Mountain College offense was led by Kyra Oakland with 12 kills, Makenna Bushman with 10 kills, and Taylor Wolf who hit .308 with eight kills. Ayla Embry had 30 digs on the day, and the Battlin' Bears blocking forced 34 attack errors for the Orediggers, in addition to the blocks.
 
The Orediggers offense was led by Olivia Muir with 17 kills. On defense the Orediggers had 23 total blocks, and Sarah Hopcroft had 33 digs.
 
The Battlin' Bears travel down the road to Montana State University Billings to play the Yellowjackets on Tuesday and Montana Western on Friday.
