BUTTE, Mont., October 30, 2021- The Battlin' Bears played the Montana Tech Orediggers, and fell in three games 14 to 25, 13 to 25, and 23 to 25. Ayla Embry reached 2,000 career digs. Embry now has the school record with 2,003 and counting.
 
Rocky was led by Weiying Wu with six kills and 2.5 blocks. Ayla Embry had 16 digs.
 
Montana Tech was led by Maureen Jessop with 14 kills; Sarah Hopcroft with 20 digs; and Sydney Parks with three blocks.
 
The Battlin' Bears host Montana Western's Bulldogs this coming Friday at 7 p.m.
