HELENA, Mont., November 12, 2021- Rocky volleyball fell to the University of Providence in 3 stes, 19-25; 18-25; and 13-25. Providence showed why they're the No. 5 in the NAIA. The Argos hit .300.
Rocky was led by Weiying Wu with eight kills, Ayla Embry with 18 digs, and Morgan Allen with one block.
Providence was led by Sadie Lott with 16 kills, Sacha Legros with 33 digs, and Zoe Naugle with two total blocks.
Rocky won their first round matchup with MSU-Northern 3-1, 25-27; 25-21; 25-17; and 25-21. The Battlin' Bears hit .279.
Rocky was led by Bella Bryan with 20 kills, Ayla Embry with 40 digs, and Taylor Wolf with 2.5 total blocks.
The Skylights were led by Alyssa Pretty Weasel and Elissa Lind with 17 kills apiece, S Neubauer with 51 digs, and Alana Graves with 1.5 total blocks.
The Battlin' Bears dropped a set to MSU-Northern to start the conference tournament, but then quickly turned things around to win three in a row and advance to the semifinals. The Rocky women's season came to a close with their loss to the Argos.
