Rocky Women’s Soccer Starts Season with Overtime Win

Rocky Mountain College soccer was aggressive all game. The Battlin' Bears had 15 shots with 7 shots on goal.
Marymount scored first early in the second period. Elise Padilla's goal was assisted by Luna and Brees. Rocky's Labert answered in the 60
th minute. Rocky turned up the pressure with 11 of their 14 regular time shots coming in the second period.
Halle Labert also scored the winning goal 37 seconds into overtime. Starting the Battlin' Bears off in the 2021 season 1-0.
The Battlin' Bears travel to San Diego Christian College this Friday.
