Rocky Men’s Soccer Starts Conference Play with a Loss

Rocky Mountain College soccer was evenly matched all game. Both the Battlin' Bears and Providence had 10 shots with 3 shots on goal. The Battlin' Bears gave up a goal at 50:13, that ended up being the lone goal of the day.
The game was slowed by 13 fouls and 3 yellow cards. Rocky's defensive effort was led by
Ryan Cornwall, who had two saves. He was assisted by the defensemen who had three blocks during the match. Rocky was led on offense by
Milo Downey who had three shots.
The Battlin' Bears travel to Evergreen State College this Friday to take on the Geoducks.
