Rocky Women’s Soccer Starts Conference Play with Big Win

Rocky Mountain College soccer was had a day on the offensive half of the pitch. The Battlin' Bears had 23 shots, 12 of which were on goal. The Battlin' Bears had a bounce back win against Providence winning 5-1.
Rocky was led by
Halle Labert who had three goals. She leads the Battlin' Bears with eight goals on the year.
Brynn Klinefelter was also very aggressive on the day with four shots on goal, continuing a run of multiple tries per match for her.
The Battlin' Bears were not challenged much defensively, giving up only 3 shots on the day. The Rocky women seemed to have set out today to prove that the best defense is a controlling offense.
The Battlin' Bears travel to Evergreen State College this Friday to take on the Geoducks.
