Rocky Women Draw with Evergreen State College 0-0 Saturday Afternoon

BILLINGS, Mont. Sept. 24, 2022- Rocky Mountain College Women's Soccer (2-3-3, 0-1-2 conf.) draw with Evergreen State College (0-5-2, 0-3-1 conf.) 0-0 in a game without many shot opportunities. 

Rocky held position on the Geoducks side of the field for much of the game, but were only able to generate four shots on goal. Rocky's defense did their part, only allowing one shot in the entire game from Evergreen. 

Mila Allison saved the only shot she faced, Ally Gockley had two shots on goal, and Tara Appleby shot twice with one being on goal for the Battlin' Bears.

Evergreen's Anna Verela came in as goalkeeper at half time and saved all three shots she faced in the final period. Makenna Gree was responsible for the Geoduck's lone shot on goal. 

The Battlin' Bears will face Oregon Tech on Friday, September 30th in Klamath Falls, Oregon for their next matchup.
