The Battlin' Bears host their second of five home games of the 2024 season on Saturday versus Eastern Oregon. Since the 2021 season, the Battlin' Bears hold a 10-6 record on Herb Klindt Field. 

Last Time Out
Rocky will look to bounce back from a bye week. In their last matchup, they dropped a tight matchup with Carroll College in Helena, 16-13. 

Beat The Mountaineers
The Battlin' Bears have won the past three contests against Eastern Oregon over the past three seasons. Two of these contests have taken place in La Grande, Oregon, with one at Herb Klindt Field, which was a 28-6 victory during the 2022 season. 

All-American For a Reason
Through the first three games of the season, Kaysan Barnett ranks second in the NAIA this season in punt return average, averaging 17.5 yards per punt return. The senior has averaged 12.1 yards per return over his career. 

Steady as they Come
Senior kicker Austin Drake has been as consistent as they come at the NAIA level, drilling 43 consecutive PATs dating back to the 2022 season. 

Disrupt the Quarterback
Redshirt sophomore Daniel Dominguez has tallied sacks in the past two games. His 2.5 sacks so far this season rank fifth in the Frontier Conference. The Battlin' Bears have recorded seven sacks this season, including three in the loss to Carroll College. 

Wrap 'em Up
Junior defensive back Dylan Deines recorded a game-high nine tackles against Carroll College, including seven solo tackles, a forced fumble, and a pass deflection. He is the leading tackler for Rocky this season with 19 total, and his 14 solo tackles rank sixth in the Frontier Conference this season. 

Consistently Open
Senior Joseph Dwyer ranks second in the Frontier Conference with 19 receptions this season. He has at least five catches in his past four games, dating back to last season.
