Biography

Background: Attended Puyallup HS in Puyallup, Washington, alongside teammate Joseph Dwyer, where Holcomb was a three star prospect according to 247sports. Holcomb played football and basketball at Puyallup HS. He committed and walked on as a quarterback at Washington State in Fall of 2021. He stayed with the Cougars for two seasons before entering the transfer portal in Spring of 2023.
