Thomas began coaching at Rocky Mountain College in March of 2023 as the Cornerbacks Coach. Before his time at RMC, Coach Thomas began his coaching career at Columbia high school in West Columbia, TX .At Columbia, Thomas coached defensive backs, special teams, and served as the recruiting coordinator.Â
Before his coaching career began, Thomas earned his degree in Communication from the University of Alabama-Birmingham, graduating in 2018. While at UAB, Thomas had a very succesful playing career as a defensive back, being named the Conference USA Player of the Year, an All-Conference defensive back, Conference USA champion, the Boca Raton bowl Champion, and was a team captain. Thomas went on to play professionally in the NFL with stops with the Kansas City Chiefs and the Denver Broncos.Â
