Washington is entering his fourth season at Rocky Mountain College, starting in June 2020 as an Assistant Offensive Line Coach, then becoming the Defensive Line Coach in 2021.
Washington graduated from Quincy University with a Bachelor's Degree in Health and Exercise Science in 2018, where he played defensive line for two seasons. Washington also played two seasons at Feather River College, where he earned his Associate's Degree in Health and Exercise Science in 2016.
Before Rocky, Washington's coaching career at his alma mater Quincy University, where he was the Running Backs coach in 2018. He coached one All GLVC Honorable Mention RB (Theo Hopkins).
During his time at Rocky, Washington has coached one All-American and two First Team All-Conference players (Alex Bush & Wes Moeai) and two Second Team All-Conference players (Dylan Beridon & Wes Moeai). Washington also coached the only NAIA player to be drafted into an American Professional Football League in 2022 (Wes Moeai, XFL - Seattle Sea Dragons)
Washington is originally from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and is the son of Shawn and Sharon Washington.
