Peppard began his time at Rocky as a student, recieving his Bachelors in Exercise Science in 2017. Peppard later recieved his Masters in Applied Exercise Science with a Concentration in Strength and Conditioning from Concordia University Chicago. Peppard became CSCS (Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist) certified in April of 2023.Â
Peppard began his career in coaching during the Fall of 2016 as a Student Assistant Coach for RMC Football. In 2017 after graduating, Peppard completed an Internship with the University of California Berkeley Football strength and conditioning program. Peppard returned to Rocky in the Fall of 2017 to become the Linebackers coach and Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach. Peppard would become the Director of Strength and Conditioning in the Spring of 2019.Â
While working with in strength and conditioning, Peppard has contributed to regular season conference championship teams including football in 2018 and 2021, Women’s Basketball for the 2021-2022 season, and Women’s Golf for the 2020-2021 season. Peppard also contributed to Conference Tournament champions including Men's and Women's 2021-2022 Golf teams and 2021-2022 Women's Basketball.Â
