Biography
2025-26 (Redshirt Freshman): Bowman established himself as a premier perimeter threat and a vital spark plug for the Battlin' Bears during the 2025–26 campaign. Appearing in all 35 games and earning 4 starts, Bowman averaged 17.3 minutes per contest and served as an exceptional asset both in the starting rotation for four games and off the bench. Showing precision from long range, he knocked down 54 three-pointers at a stellar 42.5% clip over the course of the season, a metric that climbed to 46.4% during conference matchups.
Bowman delivered multiple standout performances throughout the year, highlighted by a season-high 20-point explosion against Montana State University Billings on December 15, where he shot a lethal 6-of-11 from beyond the arc. His composure was on full display on January 2, when he sank a clutch late-game three-pointer to seal a thrilling 71-68 victory over Bellevue. Bowman's impact carried right into postseason play; in the opening round of the NAIA National Championship on March 13, he provided an essential bench boost, netting 13 points on 5-of-8 shooting (3-of-6 from deep) in 20 minutes to help the 2-seeded Battlin' Bears secure a dominant 94-59 victory over Simpson University.
Throughout the season, Bowman amassed 201 total points (5.7 ppg), grabbed 39 rebounds, dished out 28 assists, and recorded 18 steals. He also displayed excellent ball security, generating a highly efficient 1.6 assist-to-turnover ratio that escalated to 2.3 in Frontier Conference play.
