Coach Cam Levett enters his first season as the assistant coach with the Rocky Mountain College Women’s Basketball program. Levett will be involved in all assets of the program such as scouting reports, player development, recruitment, scheduling, social media admin, etc.
Levett comes to Billings by way of Central Methodist University (Fayette, Mo.), a final 16 team in the 2017 NAIA National Championship Tournament. In his two years at CMU as an assistant coach, the Lady Eagles racked up an impressive 50 wins and only 15 losses. They had eight all-conference selections, four All-Americans, two National Tournament appearances and one Heart of America Athletic Conference Championship.
In 2014-15 Levett was the sophomore boy's head coach at Grandview High School in Aurora, Colorado. His Wolves team finished in third-place (11-8) in the talented Centennial League despite moving three student athletes up mid-season to the Varsity level. He also served as a varsity assistant for the 5A program who reached the State Playoffs.
In 2013-14, he was the head boy's coach of the freshman team at Grandview. In his first year of being in a head coaching role, he was able to lead his team to a top three finish. Also served as the varsity assistant where the team reached the round of 16.
Levett spent 2012-13 as an assistant for the Vista PEAK Bison boy's team in Aurora, Colorado. The Bison finished the season 19-6 overall and swept the Colorado 7 league (12-0) in 4A.
Levett received his Master of Education degree specializing in athletic administration at Central Methodist University in May of 2017.
