Biography

Background: Triggs was a captain at Moorhead HS in Minnesota her senior season, finishing the year with 258 kills, 247 digs, and 39 service aces. She was named All-Region twice in her career, Rookie of the Year in both volleyball and track and "Most Dedicated" by her peers twice in her prep career, in which she was a four-year letter winner in volleyball.
