Dickinson, N.D., November 24, 2018 – Rocky Mountain College secured a 77-64 victory over Dickinson State Saturday evening. The Battlin' Bears now stand at 6-1 on the season.

The Battlin' Bears and Blue Hawks traded blows for the first ten minutes of the game until Rocky managed to pull ahead. Entering the half with a thirteen point lead, the Battlin' Bears maintained a comfortable lead for the rest of the game.

Jared Samuelson led the Battlin' Bears with 19 points and seven rebounds. Danny Betcher contributed 10 points and nine rebounds.

Rocky shot 49.1% from the floor with an 88% on the free throw line.

Isaac Martel was a perfect six for six on his way to thirteen points and six rebounds.

Dickinson State's Travon Hamilton scored 19 points with five assists.

Rocky will return home to play Frontier Conference foe, MSU-Northern on Nov. 29 at 7:30 p.m.
