WHITEFISH, Mont. – The Frontier Conference announced on Tuesday that Rocky Mountain College's
Devonte Woods,
Lucas Overton, and
Mason Price earned all-conference honors for the 2019 season.
Devonte Woods was awarded a first team all-conference defense selection. The senior defensive back from Daytona Beach, Fla., averaged 1.1 passes defended per game which ranked No. 32 nationally in the NAIA. Woods recorded 37 tackles, two interceptions, and 12 defended passes in 2019.
Lucas Overton was awarded a second team all-conference offense selection. The junior receiver from Emmett, Idaho recorded 67 receptions which ranked No. 1 in the Frontier Conference and No. 10 in the NAIA. In 2019, Overton had three touchdowns and a team-high 790 receiving yards.
Mason Price was awarded a second team all-conference defense selection. The sophomore defensive end recorded 12.5 tackles for a loss and 6.5 sacks, ranked No. 43 in the NAIA, with 39 total tackles. Price forced three fumbles on the season and ranked No. 8 nationwide in fumbles forced per game on an average of .300.
All three Battlin' Bears earned their first all-conference selection this year.
