BILLINGS, Mont., October 23, 2021- Rocky Mountain College outgained Carroll College 403 to 325. Carroll College had the lead 31 to 34 with 4:45 left on the game clock. Rocky went on a 4:21 drive to take the lead on a touchdown pass to Carter Garsjo, 37 to 34. Rocky then added a sack for a safety to make the final score 39 to 34.
Nate Dick had 346 yards passing, 33 yards rushing, 4 touchdowns, one interception, and was only sacked once.
Carroll was led by Prka with 224 yards passing, -10 yards rushing, one touchdown, and one interceptions. The Saints were led by Pierce with 118 yards receiving.
The Saints had the ball for 32:56 to be the first team to win the time of possession battle against Rocky this year. Rocky converted on fourth down and for a two point conversion on the day.
The Battlin' Bears travel to Montana Tech this coming Saturday to redeem the only blemish on their record.
