DICKINSON, N.D., November 27, 2021- The Battlin' Bears rode a fast first half to a 72 to 70 victory over Dickinson State University.

The Battlin' Bears were led by Maxim Stephens with 15 points and six rebounds. Tashawun Bradford with 12 points and three rebounds. Abdul Bah added 13 points and three rebounds as well. The Battlin' Bears shot 42.9 percent from the field, 46.7 percent from the arc, and 55 percent from the line.

Dickinson State University was led by Bryce Knox and John Evans with 15 points each. Jalon Tinnin added 13 points and 16 rebounds.

Rocky outrebounded DSU 46 to 38. Rocky outscored DSU 36 to 28 in the paint.

The Rocky men take on the University of Providence to start Frontier Conference play at 7 p.m. December 2.
