GREAT FALLS, Mont., December 2, 2021- The Battlin' Bears fell despite out scoring the Argos 51 to 42 in the second half. The final score was 78 to 86 Argos, and the Rocky men fall to 4-4, 0-1 in conference.
The Battlin' Bears were led by Abdul Bah with a game high 25 points, three assists, and one steal. Maxim Stephens with 18 points, nine rebounds, and two blocks. Kael Robinson added 12 points, two assists, and two steals. The Battlin' Bears shot 42.5 percent from the field, 33.3 percent from the arc, and 57.1 percent from the line.
The University of Providence was led by Marcus Stephens with 23 points, five assists, and two steals. Rashee Stocks also had 23 points, and Stocks also had four rebounds and two steals. Dawson Fowler added 15 points and nine rebounds.
Rocky outrebounded Providence 38 to 31. The Argos had 36 points in the paint to Rocky's 28.
The Rocky men take on the Montana Tech on First Interstate Bank Court in the Fortin Education Center at 4 p.m. on December 4.
