BILLINGS, Mont., December 8, 2021- Rocky Mountain College's men were ahead in a close contest at half, but ultimately fell 52-67 to the Yellowjackets. The two teams face off again on Saturday in a second exhibition.
 
Rocky was led on offense by Beau Santistevan, who had a 14 points and seven. Kelson Eiselein scored another 12 points and pulled down three boards.
 
MSUB was led by Carrington Wiggins, with 24 points, three rebounds, a block, and a steal. Damen Thacker added 18 points, six rebound, and two assists.
 
Rocky shot 35.4 percent from the field, 36.8 percent from deep, and 64.7 percent from the line. The Yellowjackets shot 44.8 percent from the field, 28 percent from deep, and 88.9 percent from the line. Rocky had five points off of turnovers to MSUB's 18 points, and the Battlin' Bears had 18 points in the paint to MSUB's 26 points. The Battlin' Bears Bench contributed 16 points on the day.
 
The Battlin' Bears travel down the road to play Montana State University Billings at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday December 11, for another exhibition.
