BILLINGS, Mont., January 15, 2022- The Battlin' Bears women struggled shooting for the whole game, and ultimately fell 55-57 to the No. 22 University of Providence. The Battlin' Bears are now 16-2, 5-1 on the year.

Rocky was led on offense by N' Dea Flye, who had 14 points, seven rebounds, two assists, and one steal. Mackenzie Dethman and Kloie Thatcher added 10 points each. The Battlin' Bears shot 35 percent from the field, 15 percent from the arc, and 66.7 percent from the line.

The University of Providence was led by Emilee Maldonado with 16 points, five rebounds, and two steals. Maddy Dixon added 12 points and five rebounds. Brooklyn Harn added 11 points and five rebounds. The Argos shot 48.8 percent from the field, 42.9 percent from deep, and 60 percent from the charity stripe.

Rocky had 21 points off turnovers to the Argos' 12 points. Rocky had 28 points in the paint to Providence's 24 points.
