No. 25 Rocky Women’s Basketball Defeats The King’s University 98-32 Sunday Afternoon

BILLINGS, Mont. Oct 30, 2022- Rocky Women's Basketball defeated The King's University 98-32 Sunday afternoon at home. 

The Battlin' Bears defense was stifling throughout, forcing 45 Eagle's turnovers on Sunday. Rocky was balanced throughout on the offensive end with six players scoring in double figures.

Tynesha Parnell led the Battlin' Bears with 16 points, Iliana Moran finished with 10 points and six steals, Ky Buell finished with 14 points, four assists, and five steals, and Brenna Linse finished with six points, eight rebounds, two steals and a block. 

The Eagles were led by eight points from Jamie Bunting and Ella Majeau. Majeau also had three steals in the defeat. 

The Battlin' Bears will head to Lewiston, Idaho for a double header against No. 19 ranked Lewis-Clark State College next Friday and Saturday.
