Rocky Women’s Soccer Drops 1-0 Match on the Road Against Multnomah

BILLINGS, Mont.- The Battlin' Bears outshot the Lions on their home pitch, but the Battlin' Bears couldn't overcome an early one goal deficit as they dropped their third straight match.  

Multnomah got on the board early in the match, as Daniela Gomez scored first in just the 13th minute to give the Lions the only score they needed Friday afternoon. 

The Battlin' Bears outshot Multnomah 10-8 in the losing effort, while keeping only three of the Lions' shots on goal. Halle Labert led the match with four shots on the day, while Hannah Trumbull saved two of the three shots she faced on the day. 

The Battlin' Bears (2-9-1, 1-7-1 conf.) will stay in Portland to take on Warner Pacific University in their final road game of the regular season on Sunday. Kickoff will be at 3:30pm (MT).
