GAME NOTES: Rocky Volleyball Travels to Dillon Before Returning Home for Senior Night Saturday Against #10 Montana Tech

BILLINGS, Mont. - The Battlin' Bears have the opportunity to shoot up to the top of the Frontier Conference standings with pivotal regular season matchups with Montana Western and Montana Tech.

- The Battlin' Bears hold a 31-5 series lead over Montana Western since 2012. 
- Rocky Volleyball has defeated the Bulldogs five of their past six matchups since the beginning of last season.

- Senior Rhiannon Nez earned her first Frontier Conference Attacker of the Week honors this week after setting a new career high 18 kills on .567 hitting percentage. Nez leads the Frontier Conference in hitting percentage and is only one of 39 players in the nation hitting .300 or higher this season. 
- Blythe Sealey earned her sixth Frontier Conference Setter of the Week honor this week after tallying 47 assists and 17 digs in Rocky's four set victory over Carroll College. 
- The Battlin' Bears are 10-1 this season in matches they hit over .200 as a team. 

Defensive Notes
- Junior Brooke Ark earned Frontier Conference and NAIA Defender of the Week honors after tallying 48 digs in Rocky's four set win over Carroll College. This is the fourth consecutive season the Battlin' Bears have earned a national Defender of the Week award. 
- Montana Tech enters with a .232 hitting percentage as a team, while Montana Western  the Battlin' Bears are 16-5 this season when holding their opposition under a .230 hitting percentage in a match. 
- The Battlin' Bears held the Bulldogs to just a .147 hitting percentage after tallying a season high 15 blocks in their five set victory over Western earlier this season.
