Rocky Volleyball Swept by Bulldogs on Senior Night; Enters Conference Tournament as the Sixth Seed

BILLINGS, Mont.—Rocky Volleyball celebrated their senior class on Saturday evening as they look ahead to next week's Frontier Conference Tournament. 

How it Happened
The Battlin' Bears kept pace in the first set, totaling a team-hitting percentage of .268 to begin. The Bulldogs were more efficient, limiting themselves to three attack errors to take a first-set victory. 

From then on, the match was all Bulldogs, as their defense at the net was stifling for the Battlin' Bear attack, and they completed the three-set sweep to conclude the regular season. 

Bella Bryan led the way for Rocky, totaling 11 kills (.346%) and two blocks. Makenna Bushman added eight kills and 14 digs, Blythe Sealey dished 26 assists, and Brooke Ark tallied 25 digs. 

The Bulldogs were led by 13 kills and 15 digs from Jazi Smith, while Danyel Martin added five blocks.

The Battlin' Bears (13-18, 3-11 conference) will enter the Frontier Conference Tournament as the sixth seed, slated for a rematch of last year's Frontier Conference Championship game against No. 15-ranked Montana Western.
