Rocky Volleyball Concludes Road Trip with a Three-Set Loss to MSU-Northern

HAVRE, Mont. - Rocky Volleyball fell in three sets to the Skylights in Havre on Saturday evening. 

How It Happened
The Battlin' Bears battled throughout the first set, as a kill from Ella Kincaid gave Rocky just a one-point deficit at 19-20. With both teams trading points back and forth, it was MSU-Northern to rally for three straight kills to take the first set 25-21. 

The Skylights continued momentum into the second set, spiking an impressive .310 hitting percentage to rally past the Battlin' Bears 25-17. 

Rocky was unable to find a consistent attack in the third set, as six attack errors hindered the Battlin' Bears, as they ultimately dropped the third set 25-15, and the match in three sets. 

Olivia Fauth led Rocky with seven kills (.235), along with five digs. Kristyn Mentink totaled a team high 10 assists, along with five digs, while Zoey Albert finished with 15 digs. 

The Skylights were led by 12 kills from Lexi Stock.
