Keep the Good Times Rolling
Coming off a standout weekend with a pair of top-25 wins, the Battlin' Bears return home for the first time in nearly a month to host Dickinson State and Bismarck State in the Fortin Education Center.

Early Success
The Rocky men have begun their 2025-26 campaign with a hot start, featuring three wins over top-25 opponents, two of which were ranked in the top five, and all three on the road. In the first Ratings Percentage Index (RPI) released by the NAIA, the Battlin' Bears ranked seventh in the NAIA overall. The RPI is used as a primary criteria by the National Selection Committee for the NAIA Postseason and factors a team's winning percentage and strength of schedule against other NAIA competition. So far this season, Rocky's strength of schedule ranks 35th in the NAIA.

Do-It-All
Senior Carter McCoy continues to show his versatility for the Battlin' Bear squad. McCoy ranks second in the Frontier Conference this season in field goal percentage, converting on 78.4% of his shots. He featured a standout performance in the win over Montana Western, sinking all nine shots from the field to total a season-high 19 points. He also ranks second in the conference in offensive rebounds, pulling in three per game.

Scouting the Blue Hawks
Dickinson State enters their second matchup with the Battlin' Bears with an overall record of 4-7 and a 2-3 record in conference play. The Battlin' Bears took the upper hand in the first matchup, winning 65-62 on the road in Dickinson. Since the November 22nd contest, the Blue Hawks have won two of three, holding their opponents to under 70 points in three of their past four games. Sophomore guard Griffyn Doughty leads Dickinson State in scoring, totaling 16.1 points per game, totaling ten or more points in all 11 games he's appeared in this season.

Scouting the Mystics
Bismarck State enters the weekend still searching for their first victory in the NAIA as a program. Junior Houston Davis has been a bright spot for the Mystics this season, scoring 20.0 points per game, leading the Frontier Conference in made free throws, and totaling two games of 30+ points. The Bismarck State offense, despite the loss, enters the weekend off of their best offensive game of the season so far, scoring 83 points against the University of Providence. The Battlin' Bears won the first matchup of the season in lopsided fashion, 99-58 in Bismarck.
