WHITEFISH, Mont. –  35 Battlin' Bears were selected to the 2018 Academic All-Conference Football team by the Frontier Conference Tuesday.

Making the team for the third straight year is Chase Bertelsen, Tucker Burns, Brad Drake, Tyler Eberhardt, Zane Guse, Shane Larson, Mason Melby, Ryder Rice, Tom Roman, and Billy Williams.

Two-time recipients include Teague Blome, Kirk Durtsche, Max Gray, Dillon Johnson, Joel Kaplan, Matt Larson, Dallas Mack, and Devin Pope.

First time selections are John Bass, JoJo Bones, Joe Gallatin, Tyler Hilliard, Drew Korf, Kyle Lassle, Nolan McCafferty, Max Melfi, Charles Miller, Oliver Munch, Chad Nebel, Lucas Overton, Brock Peterson, Mason Roberts, Isaiah Schlegel, Lane Severson and Colton Williams.

In order to be eligible, a student-athlete must be at least a sophomore and enrolled at their school for at least two semesters while maintaining a 3.0 GPA.
