Rocky Volleyball Swept in Straight Sets By No. 13 Argos

GREAT FALLS, Mont.—The Battlin' Bears struggled on the road, falling to No. 13-ranked University of Providence in three sets. 

How it Happened
Overall, it was an evening to forget for the Battlin' Bears, who hit a .049 hitting percentage as a team, the second-lowest this season. Rocky totaled 21 attack errors overall on the evening and combined for only one block through three sets. 

On the other side, the Argos combined for a .294 hitting percentage as a team, including two sets with a hitting percentage over .360. 

Kaitlyn Wood finished with a team-high eight kills, while Makenna Bushman finished the match with seven kills and 13 digs. Zoey Albert tallied two service aces. 

Nina Janjic led the Argos with 16 total kills on the evening.

The Battlin' Bears (10-8, 2-4 conf.) will return home to host No. 20 Montana Tech in the Fortin Education Center at 6:00 pm on Saturday, October 5th.
