BILLINGS, Mont. – Five Battlin' Bears from Rocky's track and field program earned Scholar-Athlete recognition for the 2018-19 school year.

Courtney Hallock, Corinne Hamilton, Bailey Bard, Gino Giovagnoli, and Brenden Leaming earned the selection for their excellence in the classroom. To be nominated for such an honor, a student-athlete must have at least a junior academic status with a minimum of a 3.5 grade point average on a 4.0 scale.

Both Hallock and Hamilton also earned similar academic recognition earlier in the year for cross country during the fall of 2018.
