Jackson Wilson Impresses Again as Rocky Track and Field Wraps Up Competition in Spokane

SPOKANE, Wash.- Senior Jackson Wilson added another top-three and A-Standard mark to highlight Rocky's finishes at the Riverfront Invitational in Spokane.

Jackson Wilson finished third place in the men's mile with a time of 4:09.87, an A-Standard time and the third fastest time in the NAIA this season. It was also a personal best and new school record.

All six Battlin' Bear men who competed in the men's mile finished under the 4:40.00 mark. Joseph Orndorff, Justin Glass, Zachary Zwiesler, Matthew Conrad, and Corbyn Svec all set new collegiate bests in the men's mile and the men's 5,000 meters.

On the women's side, Maya Pearcy and Tyne Stokes each ran personal bests in the 800-meters. Grace Timm and Taylen Stinson each ran collegiate bests in the 5,000 meters, while Stinson and Chloe Bryntesen each ran bests in the women's mile.

The Battlin' Bears will be back in action Friday, February 9th at the Bobcat Performance in Bozeman, Montana.
