BILLINGS, Mont.- For the second straight week, Rocky Golf has swept the Erck Hotels / Frontier Conference Golfer of the Week honors, as Jared Smith and Grace Metcalf earned honors. 

Jared Smith, a senior from Las Vegas, Nevada, was selected as the Men's Golfer of the Week. Smith won the Beartooth Invitational following a three-round playoff, leading the Battlin' Bears to a team tournament win over runner-up No. 17-ranked Lewis-Clark State (Idaho) by 15 strokes.  The win marked Smith's first tournament win in his career at RMC. He fired a round of 67 (5-under-par), followed by a second round of 68 (4-under-par), and finished the tournament with an even-par 72.  Smith finished the tournament at 9-under par 207 strokes.

This is Smith's second Erck Hotels/Frontier Conference Men's Golfer-of-the-Week honor.

Grace Metcalf, a senior from Arlington, Wash., was selected as the Women's Golfer of the Week for the second straight week. Metcalf earned her second consecutive tournament victory for the No. 23-ranked Battlin' Bears, thanks to the best round of the field on day two.  After recording 79 strokes in the first round, Metcalf fired a 2-under-par 70 strokes.

She fueled the Battlin' Bears to a 28-stroke victory at Laurel Golf Club. 

This is Metcalf's fourth Erck Hotels/Frontier Conference Women's Golfer-of-the-Week honor.
