BILLINGS, Mont.- Junior Maya Pearcy earned her second weekly honor of the season after improving her 'A' Standard time in the 800-meter this past weekend. 

Maya Pearcy, a junior from Columbus, Wisconsin, improved her 'A' Standard time in the 800-meter this past weekend at the Carignan Classic, dashing to an altitude-adjusted time of 2:11.75. Her time ranks third in the NAIA this season, and she broke her own program record in the event. 

Rocky Track and Field has now earned a conference track athlete of the week for the past four consecutive weeks. 
 
The award marks the second of Pearcy's career as a Battlin' Bear.
