BILLINGS, Mont.- Isabelle Heggem was named the Frontier Conference Defensive Player of the Year, Paige Wasson and Heggem were tabbed first team All-Conference, and Brenna Linse earned Second Team All-Conference recognition, announced by the Frontier Conference Thursday evening.

Isabelle Heggem, a sophomore forward from Winifred, Montana, was named the Frontier Conference Defensive Player of the Year. Heggem was a dominant player on the defensive side of the ball all season, totaling the second-most blocks in the NAIA (75), 29 more than any other player in the Frontier Conference. Heggem also led the Frontier Conference in rebounds per game (11.7), as just one of two players in the conference to average double figures. Heggem recorded 16 double-doubles this season in 28 games played, featuring four games of 20+ points and six games of 15+ rebounds. Heggem has already set the new program record for rebounds in a season (328), surpassing N'Dea Flye's (2021-22) previous record of 299. She enters the conference tournament eight blocks shy of Sarah Bills' program record of 83 blocks in a single season.

Offensively, Heggem ranked eighth in the Frontier Conference in scoring, averaging 13.8 points per game, featuring the fourth-best free-throw percentage (81.5), the sixth-most total offensive rebounds (61), and the fourth-most assists per game (3.3).

In addition to being named the Defensive Player of the Year, Heggem was also named First Team All-Conference. The honor marks the first All-Conference honor of Heggem's career. Rocky Women's Basketball has secured four of the past five Defensive Player of the Year honors in the Frontier Conference (Gracee Lekvold - 2022-23 & 2024-25; N'Dea Flye - 2021-22).

Paige Wasson, a sophomore guard from Whitewater, Montana, earned First Team All-Conference honors. Wasson was the second-leading scorer in the Frontier Conference, averaging 20.4 points per game. Her 85 made three-pointers led the conference and ranks seventh in the NAIA this season. She also pulled down 7.7 rebounds per game, ranking 4th in the Frontier Conference, and ranked in the top 10 in total assists (76).

Her 570 points scored this season rank as the second-most in a single season in program history, while she is four three-pointers shy of the program record for most threes in a single season.

The award marks the second All-Conference honor of Wasson's career, after earning Second Team All-Conference and Freshman of the Year a season ago.

Brenna Linse, a senior forward from Billings, Montana, earned Second Team All-Conference honors. Starting in 27 of Rocky's 28 games this season, Linse led the Frontier Conference in field goal percentage, shooting 61.4% overall. She tied for the conference lead in offensive rebounds per game (2.9) and sank the fourth-most free throws this season (95). She was the fifth-leading scorer in the conference this season, averaging 15.5 points per game.

Linse already ranks inside the top ten for a single season in program history in made free throws (T-8th) and offensive rebounds (T-6th).

The award marks the first All-Conference award of Linse's career. She was named the Co-Sixth Woman of the Year in 2023-24.

In addition to the All-Conference honors, the Frontier Conference announced the 2025-26 Academic All-Conference honorees.
